These Terms of Use govern access, navigation and use of this website (hereinafter “Website”).

1.- Right to information:
We inform you that the ownership of the Website with domain: https://escursionitenerife.com is the property of TENERIFE SURPRISE 2017 SL (hereinafter, “Excursions Tenerife”), with NIF: B-76760909.

Access and/or use of the Website confers the condition of user, accepting with such access and/or use this Legal Notice.

2.- Use of the Website:
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Tenerife Excursions Website. In accordance with the provisions of law 2/2023, of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations, Tenerife Excursions has an internal information system in which the Tenerife Excursions Complaints Channel is integrated, which allows to report any administrative or criminal offenses observed in company activity, i.e. in a professional or work context.

Communications made through the Tenerife Excursions Complaints Channel will be treated in accordance with the Management Procedure of the System for the Protection of Internal Information and Whistleblowers, after completing the relevant form, in anonymous or identifying form, in writing or verbally.

The Tenerife Excursions Complaints Channel is operated in accordance with the principles and safeguards contained in the Policy for the use of internal information and the whistleblower protection system.

6.- Duration and changes:
This Legal Notice will be in force for an indefinite period and Excursions Tenerife may make changes to the conditions specified therein, coming into force from the moment of its publication.

Excursions Tenerife may delete, add or change both the Contents and the services offered, as well as their location and presentation. The conditions published are deemed to be in force at the time the user accesses the Tenerife Excursions Website.
